Theresa FinlayPhysical Therapist
Theresa is a Physical Therapist with over 25 years of experience, most of which has been dedicated to providing personalized care to older adults in their homes. She is recognized for her ability to build strong connections with her patients and craft individualized treatment plans that address each person’s unique challenges—whether it’s improving balance, managing pain, increasing endurance, or enhancing mobility. Theresa’s approach is rooted in compassion and empowerment, helping her patients regain strength, confidence, and independence in their daily lives so they can continue doing what matters most to them. She feels honored to have the opportunity to improve the lives of older adults, a population she believes should be placed on a pedestal and treated with the utmost kindness and respect.
Theresa was raised in Northern Kentucky, just outside of Cincinnati, and moved to St. Louis to attend Saint Louis University, where she earned her Bachelor of Physical Therapy degree in 1995. It was there she met Kevin, and together they are the proud parents of six boys, ranging in age from 11 to 24. In her free time, Theresa enjoys walking in her neighborhood or local parks, listening to live music, and most of all, spending time with her family.
