Who Qualifies for Our In-Home Therapy?
Smart Rehab is a Medicare Part B provider offering outpatient therapy services in the home. There is no homebound requirement needed. If you're on Medicare or a Medicare Advantage plan and prefer to receive care at home, you may be eligible.
You may qualify if:
- You are covered by Medicare or a supplemental plan
- You prefer therapy at home over traveling to a clinic
- You have difficulty getting to a clinic 2–3 times per week
- You’re recovering from a fall, surgery, or illness
- You want to stay strong, safe, and independent at home
